BSO reported earlier about how AJ Brown called Jalen Ramsey a dirty player, and if Ramsey had a problem with it, he should call him and pull up.
Brown says he is a football player, not a boxer, but he is a man above all else and wouldn’t be disrespected by Ramsey.
Brown was calm in his demeanor when he spoke about this, but you could see he was real serious and meant exactly what he said. The Titans beat the Rams, so you can’t say Ramsey got in his head, but there certainly isn’t love lost between the two now.
The NBC broadcast mentioned around this time that Brown had told them he wasn’t going to get into it with Ramsey during the game and would instead just walk back to the huddle, but that’s obviously not what happened here.
Following the win, Brown had this to say regarding the exchange: “I don’t mind the chirping. But little things after the play, I’m not going for it. … I’m not trying to fight nobody. I’m not taking no sh*t, though.”
Brown apparently added that Ramsey has his phone number, if he wants to continue talking. We’ll update you if Ramsey decides to take him up on that offer. Probably.
Ramsey got wind of this and had this to say on social media.
Media and social media will fool a lot of people. Just know headlines aren’t always what they seem, so don’t let yourself be a fool. Play with something safe, though, because I’m definitely not the one.
Some of y’all fans just be talking without really knowing what y’all even talking about.
I cleaned up the quote a bit, but it is hard to say who he is coming at.
Brown, the fans, media, or all of the above.
Sadly, unless they meet in the Super Bowl, we won’t get a round 2.
Flip the page for Brown’s comments and Ramsey’s tweets. Ramsey tried to limit the replies but is getting COOKED in the quote tweets.
