We have a gym controversy.
A popular TikToker says she was asked to leave the gym because her outfit was too revealing.
Do you believe her, or is she making it up for clout?
TikTok user Kylee Anderson revealed the outfit that got her in hot water, and while it certainly showed some skin, viewers were shocked that anyone would find it inappropriate.
Kylee wrote that an employee at her local YMCA told her she had to change because “there were ‘complaints'” and her ensemble went “against my gym’s dress code.”
But all she was wearing was a pair of high-waisted leggings and a crop top, which showed off a sliver of midriff.
“I was livid,” she complained, adding that it sent her on a rant on social media.
“I want to wear what I feel cute and comfortable in,” she went on, adding that she was “embarrassed.”
In a follow-up video, Kylee modeled the offending outfit, showing the white cropped tank top and blue leggings that caused a stir.
“This is the exact outfit I was wearing when I was stopped in the middle of my workout at my gym and forced to put on a large T-shirt,” the TikTok user said.
Showing users her outfit, she pointed out: “But guys can wear cut-offs? Makes sense.”
Kylee’s followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the confusing incident.
Do you think the YMCA did this because the outfit looks pretty tame, if we are honest? Is it possible that Anderson knew this would be an excellent way to go viral on TikTok? I would love to hear from someone from the YMCA about what they think about her accusations because something seems fishy to me.
I know some of you are just here for the thirst traps.
