After switching teams this summer, from the Golden State Warriors to the Dallas Mavericks, Klay Thompson appears to be happy with his previous team.
In response to a widely shared video that likened the Warriors‘ first game against the Mavericks to the film You Got Served, the seasoned shooter posted the clip to his Instagram story and said, “I’m crying!”

The video opens with a dance-off between two figures that appear to be Steph Curry and Draymond Green. Then, the camera pans to a trio that appears to be Kyrie Irving, Luka Dončić, and Thompson.
Klay Thompson sees the funny side in the matchup
It remains to be seen whether the Mavs vs. Dubs game will resemble the movie clip, but at least Thompson saw some fun in it.
Seeing Thompson play for a new team after more than ten years with Golden State will be interesting. Though Thompson and his team enjoyed great success and four championships with the Warriors, Thompson believed it was time to go a different route.

Now that he is back in the NBA Finals, he will be playing for a club that hopes to win the Larry O’Brien Trophy in June of next year.
After missing the playoffs the previous season, the Warriors will be hoping that Thompson’s exit doesn’t cause them too much more hardship.
