LeBron James has made it obvious that he will stop at nothing to have his 12-year wife, Savannah James, by his side.
On Tuesday, October 14, the 40-year-old NBA player discussed the possibility of his marriage ending in an interview with Savannah’s “Everybody’s Crazy” podcast.
LeBron stated: “I know I don’t want to be alone, that’s for damn sure,” “If I have to fight, crawl, scratch, bite, whatever to keep mine. I got to keep it. Yeah.. I gotta do what I gotta do. I don’t want to be alone. I’m [from] an only child, single-parent household.”
LeBron described the first few months of his relationship with 39-year-old Savannah as “amazing.”
LeBron James talks about fighting for his marriage
Savannah and the Los Angeles Lakers star first connected while attending separate Akron, Ohio, high schools. The couple married in 2013 and has three kids: a daughter named Zhuri, age 10, and sons LeBron “Bronny” Jr., age 21 and Bryce, age 18. He said:
“The next time I’m alone, I’ll be up underneath,” “Listen, I’m in locker rooms,”
“It’s a lot of women out here who have now kinda flipped the script. Some homies out here that’s trying to be good, too, and trying to figure it out. Now they’re looking in the mirror saying, ‘Damn, what did I do wrong?’ Homies, it ain’t you.”
“If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.”
“It’s not, man,”. “I’m gonna be honest. A relationship is never picture perfect. But if you’re OK with working through the hardships and the adverse moments, then it will make it all worth it, man. We’ve been together since high school, so s*** ain’t always going to be a bed of roses, man — in any relationship, let alone someone you’ve been living with for 20 years.”
Well let’s hope they stay together long!!!
