Trevon Diggs Says He Got Concussed Installing TV

Trevon Diggs has finally opened up about getting sidelined by the Dallas Cowboys for eight games.

Trevon Diggs, the Dallas Cowboys player has finally broken his silence on the injury that kept him off the field for eight long games. Fans were left scratching their heads. Social media was buzzing. The Cowboys’ defense was wobbling. And all anyone could do was wait for Diggs to tell his side. Well, the wait is over.

According to Diggs, it wasn’t dramatic. It wasn’t some secret locker room meltdown. No. Just a “classic” football injury. The kind that sneaks up, makes you wince, and suddenly has you explaining to your coach why you can’t run routes or jump for interceptions. Eight games later, here we are.

After playing the first six games of the season, Diggs was mysteriously ruled out for their game against the Commanders in October and did not return until this week.

Dallas head coach Brian Schottenheimer did not disclose details of the incident, while Diggs himself opted to remain silent over the matter.

However, that all changed after he made his return on Sunday, when Diggs finally disclosed the details of the freak incident to reporters.

‘I was trying to be a handyman,’ Diggs told reporters in the locker room on Sunday, according to NFL Network’s Jane Slater.

Diggs explained that a TV mounting pole, which was being attached to a ceiling, gave way and struck him directly in the head.

Diggs admitted not taking the injury seriously.

‘He didn’t think it was a big deal and didn’t need to be addressed,’ NFL Network’s Slater reported, ‘but speculation on the internet went way too far.’
