Now he is also winning hearts on Saturdays. He was spotted at the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, looking sharp in a tailored suit. But he wasn’t alone. Next to him was Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Abby Summers. NFL fans are already checking their blood pressure.
Fans quickly flocked to the comment section of the video to congratulate the couple, with one of Summers‘ cheerleading teammates, Kleine Powell, writing: ‘Derby day aka hard launch day’.
Meanwhile, McKenna Gehrke, another cheerleader for the Cowboys, wrote: ‘BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!’ as she celebrated the news.
The couple first sparked rumors in March when they were seen courtside together at an Iowa basketball game, though they remained quiet until now.
To be fair, both DeJean and Summers looked relaxed and happy. No awkward distance, no “we are just friends” energy. Just Derby fashion, sunshine, and a whole lot of attention they definitely knew was coming.
If this is a hard launch, it is a bold one. Eagles fans are confused, Cowboys fans are amused, and the rest of the NFL is just watching like it’s a reality show with overtime rules.
