The OnlyFans models known online as the “Busty Spurs” returned for Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals and once again became a viral topic on social media during the San Antonio Spurs’ series against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Blue and Julie J. Swan, who first gained attention for their appearances during Games 3 and 4, were back in the stands at Frost Bank Center on Thursday night. The pair, seated near the court as dedicated Spurs fans, wore revealing outfits that drew camera focus during the broadcast.

In the second quarter, as the camera lingered near Spurs coach Mitch Johnson on the bench, viewers noticed the women in the background. Screenshots quickly spread across social media, reviving the “Busty Spurs” nickname and prompting widespread discussion online.

Their presence added an unexpected sideshow to the playoff atmosphere, which also included the Spurs’ longtime supporters known as the Spurs Nuns.

On the court, San Antonio dominated. The Spurs defeated the Thunder 118-91 to force a decisive Game 7. Victor Wembanyama paced the victory with 28 points, 10 rebounds, three blocks and two assists. San Antonio led wire-to-wire in the convincing win, holding Oklahoma City to just 91 points.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 15 points.

The series now shifts to Oklahoma City for Game 7, with the winner advancing to the NBA Finals. Whether Blue and Julie J. Swan make the trip remains to be seen, but their Game 6 appearance ensured the viral conversation surrounding the duo continued heading into the clincher.
