ESPN.com is reporting that Dwight Howard will meet with the Houston Rockets first when free agency commences early Monday morning.
Howard is set to meet in Los Angeles with a Houston Rockets group that includes management, James Harden, and Hall of Fame center Hakeem Olajuwon, according to sources.
The Lakers can offer a max deal of $118 million for five seasons while other teams will be able to offer a maximum of $88 million over four years.
Earlier this past week, reports circulated that Dwight Howard was unlikely to re-sign with the Lakers.
