Well Stephen Ross didn’t make any wholesale changes to the Dolphins, but he made one major one.
According to Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald, Dolphins offensive coordinator Mike Sherman has been relieved of his duties, and fired.

We’re not sure who’s call it was, but reports say that Ross and Dolphins management wanted some kind of change, or they were going to change everything.
The Dolphins finished the season with an 8-8 record and just missed the playoffs after losing back-to-back games to teams within their division (Jets and Bills), and only put up a combined 7 points in those two games.
