After 7 seasons with the Miami Dolphins, defensive tackle Randy Starks was cut to allow the team to sign free agent DT Suh.
Now, Starks will keep his talents in the AFC, as he has done all his career (drafted in 2004 by Titans), and will join the Cleveland Browns on a 2-year deal worth $8 million, per Ian Rapoport.
Starks had 38 tackles in 2014 and 4 sacks with the Dolphins.
