It isn’t unusual for filters to be used on models or in movies, but you rarely see it on athletes, but that is what the SEC did to Derrick Henry.
They were called out on it by social media and had to give this statement to TMZ.
“We didn’t photoshop the picture that we posted on social media sites at all,” a spokesperson tells us.
“The filter we used is the only explanation for Derrick Henry’s tattoos not being visible in the picture. We used that particular filter because it’s the same one we have used all year for our player of the week posts.”
So, there is excuse is if you have a tattoo regardless of who you are, it is getting filtered out. Didn’t even know there was a filter like that.

The official SEC Twitter page gave a more detailed reason why Henry’s tattoos aren’t showing.
