Tina Tintor has been IDed as the 23-year-old woman who died in the fatal car crash caused by Ex-Raiders WR Henry Ruggs III.
Her family attended Ruggs’ first court appearance, where his bail was set at $150k.

Former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III, 22, was traveling 156 mph before a crash that killed a woman and her dog, sources told the I-Team on Wednesday.
Ruggs was in court Wednesday morning facing charges connected to Tuesday morning’s fatal crash. In court, prosecutors said his blood-alcohol level was 0.161 — two times the legal limit.
Tina Tintor, 23, of Las Vegas, died in the crash, a police report said. Ruggs and his girlfriend, 22-year-old Rudy Washington, were seriously injured. Police listed her name as Kiara Je’nai Kilgo-Washington, 22.
Ruggs was driving 156 MPH before the fatal crash, and there are some reports even afterward, he wasn’t very cooperative with the police.
The Raiders released him before he was even out of the hospital and have become the process of scrubbing him from the team’s history.
We now have additional details on what Ruggs was doing before the crash. BSO had exclusively reported that Ruggs earlier in the evening was spotted at Top Golf. According to Vital Vegas, Ruggs allegedly consumed 18 alcoholic beverages while there.
Prosecutors believe after Top Golf, Ruggs and his girlfriend went to a friend’s house, but they can’t confirm if he drank anything after leaving Top Golf.
Ruggs suffered a leg injury as well as a nasty scar on his face, as you can see in the mugshot.
The prosecutor said more charges could be forthcoming, but Ruggs is looking at 46 years in jail as of now. The lightest sentence he could receive is 2 years.
