Drake’s alleged stalker Mesha Collins who sued the rapper for $4 billion and was told to “fuck off” by a judge is back with a restraining order against Drake. Vladtv reports that Mesha Collins has filed a restraining order against the Canadian rapper after her ridiculous $4 billion lawsuit was thrown away.
Drake previously was dealing with an alleged stalker who tried to break into his Los Angeles home in 2017. Since then, the rapper has resolved a $4 billion lawsuit with the woman, where she accused Drake of doxxing her and referring to her on songs, which Drake has denied.
Drake noted he’s only familiar with the alleged stalker Mesha Collins because she broke into his crib. A judge dismissed Collins’ suit, but now it appears the woman has filed a restraining order against Drake.
Lawyers for the Canadian rapper say all of the suits and legal filings are a way for Collins to attempt direct contact with the star rapper. The woman asked to speak with Drake directly but was denied. As a result, Collins filed a restraining order against Drake, which arrived days after her $4 billion suit was dismissed for a second time.
A hearing has been scheduled for March 2022.
She is a wild one.
Apparently, Mesha Collins is suing Drake for $4 billion, alleging defamation and charging him of using her name and likeness in ‘defamatory matters’ via his music, social media posts, and product affirmations
The rapper also stated that Mesha Collins is harassing her by publishing her address. On the report of court documents acquired by the celebrity gossip outlet, Collins got into a vindication with the rapper’s lawyer, Stanton “Larry” Stein, and hung upon him.
Earlier, Drake contradicted Collins’ claims and filed a declaration. “In April 2017, somebody broke into my Los Angeles home while I was away. I was not told anything about the trespasser, including her name,” Drake wrote.
Details About The Break-in.
During an April 2017 break-in, Collins took several items from Drake’s Hidden Hills mansion, including soda and water. She was arrested for breaking into Drake’s residence while wearing one of his hoodies, claiming to have permission to be there.
