Stay tune as Bay area rapper, Larussell blesses the set and performs his hit song “Do That Lil Dance” for the I Am Athlete cast and audience.
Kaepernick speaks on where he feels his best fit would be in the NFL right now (the Seahawks) and much much more.
I Am Athlete is a media company focused on the intersection of sports, culture, and society. Founded by former NFL wide receiver Brandon Marshall, and hosted with Chad Ochocinco Johnson, IAA creates athlete-led content that resembles a “locker room”— a safe space for athletes and celebrities to tell their stories and have a voice. All shows are unscripted and unfiltered, unravelling cultural discussions centered around wellness, entertainment, music, mental health, fashion, and sports. #BiggerThanAPodcast.
Kaepernick states that he is willing to take a backup role, but knows he has the skills to be a starter in the NFL.
He shows off those skills during the podcast. He goes through a full workout where you see his arm is still live and his legs look good.
Consider the amount of terrible backups in the NFL, there is no reason Kaepernick shouldn’t at least be invited to a camp. He says he won’t be a distraction and just wants to play ball.
If the NFL is serious about their “End Racism” motto then why hasn’t anyone called Kap?
