In addition to retaliating against the lady who accused him of rape, Druski wants her lawyers to answer for failing to verify allegations that he believes are demonstrably untrue. He will also provide receipts in court.
Along with Diddy, Odell Beckham Jr., and others, the comedian and actor filed paperwork in federal court on Friday, criticizing Ashley Parham’s legal team and pointing to multiple documents that categorically deny her claim that he raped her in Northern California on March 23, 2018.
But according to the documents, Parham reported to the police that she had been raped on March 23, 2018, by a man named Shane Pearce and an unidentified white man.
No other suspected attackers are included in the report, which Druski claims was “easily obtainable from the public record.”
In addition to the apparent contradiction in Parham’s account, Druski cites multiple records that show him living in Georgia with his mother at the time of the alleged rape. Recall that in 2018, he was not a celebrity or even close to show business. He also made a transaction on March 23 at a fueling station in Georgia, according to his bank statement.
