After being moved from the Phoenix Mercury last offseason, Sophie Cunningham appears to still own a home in Phoenix, where she has returned to her favorite spot.
The 28-year-old Caitlin Clark enforcer and 3-point expert performs a solo dance party at home in front of the camera in what is perhaps best described as a cathartic TikTok dance.
As you can see, Cunningham appeared to be relaxing following her encounter with the aforementioned unsuitable object during the Fever’s 100-91 loss to the Los Angeles Sparks last night. After the game, it was not surprising that the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup Champion made fun of herself because she handled it so well.
On her Instagram Stories, the former Mizzou standout posted: “no way that thing actually hit me. I knew I shouldn’t have tweeted that.”
Last week, she tweeted, “Stop throwing d****s on the court… you’re going to get one of us hurt.” Fortunately, she was unharmed, and Cunningham posted a photo of her baller pool from her home in Phoenix on her Instagram Stories today.
Her handle on TikTok is “probs at the pool kickin it.”
She was doing it with her “Tres Leches” partner Lexie Hull both today at her house and yesterday in Los Angeles prior to the event.
