Chef Jamila Adams Shows Off BBL While Cooking After Losing Case to Stefon Diggs

Days after a jury acquitted NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs of assaulting her, his former personal chef Jamila Adams posted an Instagram video of herself dancing while cooking, appearing to show off her figure in a skimpy outfit.

Adams, known professionally as Chef Mila Belle or Chef Milabelle, shared the clip Wednesday on her Instagram account under the handle Mila Belle. The caption read:

“Editing out my kitchen concerts 😩 I really be in my own lil world when im cooking !”

In the video, Adams gyrates and dances in her kitchen while preparing food, singing along in what she called her “kitchen concerts.” Social media users quickly noted the post as part of a series of suggestive cooking videos she has shared since the verdict, with some reports linking the content to a new OnlyFans account.

A Massachusetts jury found Diggs not guilty May 5 of felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 2, 2025, dispute at Diggs’ home in Dedham, Massachusetts. Adams, who lived in the home and served as Diggs’ live-in private chef, testified that he slapped her with an open hand and choked her during an argument over pay. Diggs, who played for the New England Patriots at the time, pleaded not guilty and denied the allegations. The trial lasted two days.

Defense attorneys questioned Adams’ credibility during the trial, pointing to video footage of her dancing at a friend’s house shortly after the alleged incident. Prosecutors relied primarily on her testimony, and the jury deliberated before acquitting Diggs on both counts.

The Instagram post drew swift reactions on X, formerly Twitter, where users referenced Adams as the “BBL Chef” and commented on the timing and style of the video.

One user wrote that her “suggestive cooking videos are blowing up on social media right now” after she “recently launched an OnlyFans.” Others called it part of a “crash out” following the court loss, with comments like “can’t stop won’t stop” and references to her continuing the same dancing content that appeared in trial evidence.

Some posts mocked the situation as attention-seeking, while others noted the irony given how similar footage was used against her in court. Adams has also posted alleged text messages and made additional claims involving Diggs and his partner, rapper Cardi B, since the verdict, drawing further online debate.

Neither Diggs nor his representatives have publicly commented on the latest social media activity. Adams has maintained she sought justice rather than money in the case.
