Another NFL player has been lost to what appears to be a torn ACL. ESPN is reporting that Chargers WR Danario Alexander has torn his ACL in his right knee.
Alexander emerged as a difference maker for the Chargers last season when he started 7 games which equated to 37 catches for 658 yards and 7 touchdowns. Unfortunately for Alexander and the Chargers this would be the third ACL for the rising star.
With the Chargers new offense, there was hope that Alexander would emerge as a definite starter.
